CODI was established in 1992 on an initiative of the current owner and General Manager Stefano Diperte to create leather items.
In 1994 it started manufacturing cases for mobile phones and gradually this became the core business. In 1997 the manufacturing of cases and pouches was joined by the distribution of electronic accessories for mobile phones in Italy. Around the same period, it started Exporting its products to some foreign countries until reaching the current situation of exporting to many countries in Europe, the Americas and Africa.
